As a Charlotte native, Jonathan Winn has always deeply appreciated the city, not only for its homes and neighborhoods but also for the people and communities that make it feel like home.
Before entering real estate, Jonathan spent years in luxury hospitality, working in five-star spas and high-end hotels. That experience shaped the foundation of his approach today: exceptional service, thoughtful attention to detail and making every client feel genuinely seen and cared for.
As a real estate professional, Jonathan brings that same level of care to every relationship. Whether buying, selling or simply exploring what’s next, his approach is thoughtful and personalized, designed to provide clarity, protect his clients’ investments and make the process feel confident and seamless.
Jonathan is a TEDxCharlotte speaker, Top 20 Agent at Keller Williams Connected and serves in leadership as an active member of the KW Rainbow Network. In addition, Jonathan is a proud member of KW Luxury Pro, an exclusive group of 350 top agents within the walls of Keller Williams. He previously served on the boards of the LGBTQ+ Real Estate Alliance – NC Chapter and the Piedmont Regional Association of REALTORS®. He is also a Chamber Partner with the Carolina’s LGBT Chamber of Commerce.
One of Jonathan's passions is travel and has had the honor of traveling extensively across the globe. His favorite destinations include Puerto Vallarta & San Miguel de Allende in Mexico, Istanbul and Vienna in Europe and Fiji and Australia in the South Pacific. And perhaps most beloved are the sacred mountains surrounding Asheville NC and the highlands of Guatemala, especially Lake Atitlan.
For Jonathan, real estate is about more than finding a property for buyers or liquidating property for his sellers. It’s about helping people discover a place, a neighborhood and a community where they truly belong. Because in his core, he believes that everyone deserves to feel at home.
